The 12 Drinks of Christmas

Ingredients: 

15ml Gin

15ml Martini Rosso Vermouth

15ml Mincepie Syrup

Prosecco


Method: 

Mincepie Syrup: Empty a jar of mincemeat into a saucepan, fill the jar with water & add that to the pan. Reduce on a high heat until a syrup forms. Leave to cool.

Add to the shaker Ice, Gin, Mincepie Syrup & Vermouth. Strain into a flute then top with prosecco and garnish with a black berry.
